Do you prepare returns for non-clergy?
Yes, Absolutely! We will prepare 1040 individual tax returns for laymen and ministers alike.
How much do you charge?
This can vary from client to client. Every situation and individual is unique which is why we don’t have one set fee. Feel free to contact us and tell us a little bit about who you are, and your current tax situation and we will be happy to provide an estimate.
Do you have a physical office I can come to?
We do not have a physical office. This helps save our clients more money as we have less overhead costs. Since we serve clients all across the country and world, it is much more streamlined for everything to be done remotely. We use an industry leading secure file upload system that allows the quick and easy transfer of files between us and our clients.
How do I send you my tax information?
New clients can begin sending us their tax documents through our secure file Guest Exchange. Once we begin working on your return, your own personal account will be created. You will then be able to login with your own username and password and access your completed return or upload additional documents for us.
Can I mail you copies of my tax information ?
Yes! If you would prefer to mail us your tax documents thought the post office, just let us know and we will provide the address where you can send your information. Please only send copies through the mail and keep originals in your own files.
Can you represent me before the IRS?
Yes! Cameron Koch is an Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP) participant and has successfully completed the Annual Federal Tax Refresher (AFTR) for the 2024 tax year. As such, he can represent clients whose returns he has prepared before IRS revenue agents, customer service representatives, the Taxpayer Advocate Service, and similar IRS employees.
Can you help if I am ever audited by the IRS?
Yes! We offer IRS audit protection with every return prepared by us. If the IRS ever audits any returns we have prepared, we will help you resolve it at no additional charge to you.
Do you prepare state returns?
Yes! We will prepare all required state returns along with your federal 1040. The first state return is included with the fee for the 1040. Additional state returns will incur a small added fee.
Do you prepare local returns?
Yes! If you are required to file a local return in your state and would like us to prepare that as well, we would be happy to do that for you. This may incur an additional fee.
Do you prepare Foreign Bank Account Reports (FBAR)?
Yes! If you are someone who has a foreign bank account, (or signature authority over one) we would certainly be able to assist with preparing and submitting this form where required. This will incur a small additional fee.
Can you help me prepare 1099’s?
Yes! If you need to issue 1099’s we would be glad to assist you with preparing these so that you can send them out before the January 31st deadline.
Do you prepare business or estate returns?
Yes, but only for limited number of clients at this time. We are expanding this service however so feel free to reach out as we may have an opening.
If you have a schedule C business, we are always able to help prepare this form to include on your individual 1040 tax filing.
