Cameron Koch prepares taxes remotely for missionaries and pastors, with particular care for housing allowance, self-employment tax, and foreign earned income situations — and is glad to prepare any individual 1040.
Cameron Koch Tax Services is a Christian-owned, third-generation family firm. Cameron has been in tax work for over 17 years. His grandfather, Jack Picking, still helps with the practice. Everything is done remotely, with audit protection included on the returns we prepare.
We do not file agency or church returns as a focus. We help the people you send — missionary families and pastors — with their individual returns, at their own pace, from wherever they serve.

Some agencies publish a list of tax preparers that missionary families have used, or they quietly refer people who ask. We do not file returns for agencies themselves, and there is no retainer or placement fee to be mentioned.

If your list is built only from member recommendations, that is completely fine — please don’t add us on an agency’s say-so if that is not how your process works. We are glad to serve anyone who finds us on their own.
There is no special form on our side. You (or the missionary) can email [email protected] or use the contact page. We’ll ask a few questions about their situation, provide an estimate, and share the secure upload link when they are ready to send documents. No pressure if the timing is not right.
